I was, once upon a time, a fairly regular MUSHer. My client of choice for ages was Nick Gammon’s MushClient. I was just checking to see if it has been updated recently and was surprised to discover it is no longer shareware, but is now completely free as of a few months ago.
MushClient was, and probably still is, one of the most fully featured clients for MU* games. It’s so feature-rich it supports scripting in six different languages, with over 310 script functions and properties. I’ve never used more than a handful of the available features, myself, but some hardcore users probably get a lot of mileage out of it.
Anyway, if you are looking to get into, or back into, MU* games, you can’t go wrong using MushClient to connect. It’s always been a great program. Now that it’s free, it’s even better
Oh, and the source is available, too. Thanks, Nick!
